In either case, you will be within easy distance to some of Florida’s best natural settings, yet only a short drive from the city pace of Tampa to the South and & Orlando/Disney to the East.
- Finding a building lot: While such a search on your own can be difficult, we have years of experience in this geographic area and a vested interest in helping you locate exactly the parcel you’re seeking.
- What style and size home to build: 3 or 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, what size pool? We have designed and built assorted types of homes for years, and can assist you in determining what features you need, as well as want you don’t, thereby keeping your costs within budget, but without sacrificing your overall vision. We have stock floor plans that were prepared with pleasure or business in mind and have multiple “turn key packages” to choose from.
- Furnishing the home: We can work with you after completion and prior to your taking possession, placing your orders for furniture deliveries and other items. We also offer a “full furnish” package, which assures that your vacation home is ready-furnished when you arrive. The home Complete in all respects down to the corkscrew in the draw and the sun bed by your pool, and whether you’re coming from Toledo, Tewkesbury or Tibet.
- Periodic maintenance after your return home: We have an in-house property management company that has been caring for our customer’s assets for years. We have dedicated maintenance staff and house keepers who take as much pride in caring for your vacation home as we do in building them.
- Construction period: We employ time tested and consistent construction practices backed by a skilled and dependable crew, which allows us to complete our projects on time and without sacrificing quality. From the time your funds are available to occupancy, 6 months is all we require.
