At MPH Custom Homes we go the extra mile to insure that your choices are identified from the outset, and any subsequent concerns or changes are addressed during build-out. A well informed customer helps us to work efficiently and on time, with consistent quality control. Ultimately, satisfied customers are our greatest source for referrals. These are some of the steps we follow to insure customer satisfaction from initial planning to completion:
- We recommend that clients visit a few of our completed homes. There is no substitute in assessing quality of workmanship, practicality of design or aesthetics like an actual viewing of our product and perusal of clients’ written comments.
- We conduct a one-on-one review of your ideas and wishes, whether concerning the number of bedrooms, the size of garages or the shape of a swimming pool or number of floors. Where necessary, we provide input as to any additional matters you need to consider in pursuing any specific change.
- Once the general layout of your home is determined, we begin preliminary drawings. You will review these drawings and make any changes you desire. Then, we review internal specifications with you, such as tray ceilings, arches, columns, moldings etc.
- Once the previous changes are approved by you, we produce “construction drawings.” These drawings will be reviewed by you in order to insure your total satisfaction with the layout.
- Whenever any additional changes have been made and approved by you we will produce “construction drawings”. These will again be checked to make sure that your custom home is exactly as you want it.
- Upon approval, we will have the drawings “final” engineered in preparation for the permit application.
- Once the permit is issued, we commit to a starting construction within 1 week.
- We are committed to a build period of 5-6months.
- In approximately 8 months, from contract signing we expect to secure the certificate of occupancy and you will experience the satisfaction of building your very own Custom Home.
